No Payment Taken When You Book

Use this page to request a Home Visit from our local tech team. We don’t take any payment when you book. We’ll visit your home, explain what needs doing and confirm the cost with you first, then send a clear invoice afterwards so you only pay once the work is complete.

HomeTech121 provides on-site technical support and software troubleshooting services. We do not undertake physical hardware repairs such as screen replacements, keyboard replacements, liquid damage repairs, or component-level electronics work. If a fault is determined to be hardware-related, a call-out charge may still apply.
